Students Meet a St. Louis County Police Dog
As part of their celebration of the anti-drug efforts of National Red Ribbon Week, students got a visit Halloween morning from the front lines of the war on drugs. K-9 Tank, a seven-year-old German shepherd, is a dual-purpose police patrol canine with the St. Louis County Police Department. Tank is trained to find illegal drugs and criminals as well as lost persons.

K-9 Tank and his handler, Officer Mike Castellano, visited students during an all-school assembly. Their message to students is to stay safe by saying no to drugs and help keep our neighborhoods safe. And before they left for work Halloween morning, Officer Castellano dressed his partner up in a costume!
Trunk Or Treat
Friday evening, Oct. 24, was a a great night to be outside at Trunk or Treat! Great costumes and lots of fun.

Thanks to all the parents and staff who helped make the evening so spooky.
